Who creates the work — is it just AI output?+

No. Every deliverable is produced by the founding team and our brand experts, working with our engine. The engine does two jobs: it runs the brand-science analysis of your signals, and the large-scale AI-visibility measurement across platforms. Our brand strategists then interpret what it means for your category, position and goals.

You get the rigour of automated, repeatable measurement plus human strategic judgement grounded in brand science. The recommendations are written for a human decision-maker, not generated and shipped untouched.

How is this different from an SEO or "AEO" audit?+

SEO and AEO audits look at mechanics — the technical plumbing that helps a page get found. That matters, but it's a fraction of the picture. We start from your brand: the distinctiveness, clarity, consistency and earned reputation that AI models actually draw on to decide who to recommend.

What does the brand-science side actually measure?+

This is the foundation, and it's the bigger half of the picture. We assess the brand signals AI models rely on to form a view of you — the same fundamentals that build strong brands with people:

  • Brand strength & distinctiveness — do you own a clear, recognisable position, or blur into the category?
  • Findability & signal — is there enough consistent, machine-readable material for AI to draw on?

Which AI platforms do you measure across?+

We measure your brand's visibility across the major consumer AI assistants people actually use to get recommendations — including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity, alongside other leading assistants. We ask them the way a real customer would — everyday questions, default settings, no special prompts or tricks — so what we measure is what your customers actually see.

For each platform we look at whether your brand is recommended, merely mentioned, or not found across a bank of real customer questions in your category and market.

What do you need from me to get started?+

Very little, and only after you purchase. You'll complete a short intake form that takes a few minutes:

  • Your brand — name, website, and a sentence on what you do
  • Your market — UK or US (so the measurement reflects the right audience and avoids geographic data leakage)
  • Your competitors — the names you most want to be measured against

That's it. Once your intake is in, the delivery clock starts and we take it from there.

How does delivery actually work?+

It's fully managed and concierge — you don't run anything or touch any tools. Here's the flow:

  • You purchase and complete the short intake form
  • We run the full measurement and write your report for you
  • We upload the finished report directly to your account

How is my data handled and kept private?+

We only collect what the report needs — your brand details, chosen market, and competitor names. We don't ask for customer lists, internal analytics, or any sensitive systems access.
